Sick!

Well it was our turn. I remember very clearly spending a week or two in my house last year thinking it was the worst and hardest thing in the world. Well it happened again. I suppose as a mother these things will happen yearly (or more, lets hope not). I have learned to just take a time out, sit and cuddle, and love the heck out of my kids. It's all I can do.
Well Owen had the Croup and the Swine Flu over Halloween so dad had to play the Devil and go with our Angel. Faith had a 48 hr Flu for a few days after Halloween and then laid around for two days after.
Thank goodness everyone is up and at it again. I pray we make it through the New Year healthy and happy.
Love my healthy kids!

Peak-a-boo!

Owen's new hiding spot, what a cute little man :)

Fall/Halloween 09

I love this time of year and I can't say it enough. We had a FUN October! I love the beautiful leaf's, the holiday spirit and goodies of course, the smiles on the kids faces as they learn and experience thing's for the first time, the quality family time we have together, everything seems to make sense around this time of year. I feel so happy and blessed to be alive and to be able to share all of this with those I love. I am so blessed! What a beautiful time of year!
Here are some of the fun thing's we did in October:

Halloween Treats!

A few weeks before Halloween for FHE we made carmel popcorn, carmel apples, and pumpkin seeds. We cranked up the Halloween music and baked and danced the night away as a family. It was such a fun night! We had a blast and the kids always love dancing, playing, and spending time with dad. I am so blessed!

Randomness!

Every now and then it's good to havea a little of this.......

Total cuteness!!

We love football season!

I love fall for so many reasons. I love the crisp fresh air, the beautifulfall leaves, the holidays, and last but not least FOOTBALL! GO BRONCOS!

It's a disease

I hate to say it but he was born with it! Some of Owen's silly faces. We love his silliness SO MUCH!

This Is The Place

During the summer I took the kids to "This Is The Place" Monument and Pioneer Village. It was a beautiful little place. We invited my parents, Grandpa and Grandma Bott. We had lunch, walked through some pioneer homes, road the "choo-choo", also road some horses, walked through a petting farm, and the kids played a few games and made some crafts. It was a nice afternoon!
