CAMPING!

Lindsay and I love to camp. This year was going to be a bit of a challenge having a little one around and to worry about. We love to stay out under the stars and be in a tent but having a little one makes it a bit more difficult. It's hard when a baby wakes up in FREEZING weather and you have to change their diaper, get them dressed and all day long lather then with sunscreen and bug spray. Good times for sure!

We did a little upgrading and bought us a bigger (family size) tent, bought some comfortable coats to sleep on so it wouldn't be so hard getting up and down. Prepared a comfortable bed with lots of blankets for Faith and we even take along our tent heater to make it warm in the mornings and more manageable.

We have been camping twice this summer and Faith did amazingly well both trips. She has slept through the nights and never put up much of a fuss. She was a real trooper, born to camp.

She loved going on four-wheel rides with her daddy and now when she sees one or even her little cousin Ryker come riding down the street in his little electric jeep she starts to squeal.

We have been having a wonderful summer with our families and hope to be able to get out and camp a few more times before the season ends.
