Friend Christmas Party

This year we all decided to go up to Bear Lake for the weekend and have our annual Friend Christmas Party. We had a lot of fun! We all drove up Friday and come home today, Monday! Lindsay thought he was going to go insane in a two bedroom condo with nine kids and six adults but on the way home he said it was better then he thought it was going to be and he had a good time (such is the case every time we get together).

In high school; myself, Rachel and Jill we are all close girlfriends. Our hubbies; Lindsay, Rory & Kelly were all good buddies as well. We all ended up dating each other and getting married (the three couples). It has worked out perfectly and we have stayed the closest of friends and continue to see each other all the time through out each year. It has been so much fun seeing how all of our families have grown and how very close we still are.

Lindsay and I were the first to get married and the last to have children. All with in the years span, Rory and Rachel then got married and Kelly and Jill followed. Kelly and Jill started their family right away and now have the most out of all of us (well done!!!!!!). We love being with them all and love them all period, very much!

We had a blast over the weekend! It was cold yet very beautiful up at Bear Lake and the kids always have fun playing together. We bundled them up in their snow clothes and they played in the snow (Faith basically stood in the snow and watched the other kids. Maybe next year she will be more into it and can actually move in her snow outfit, just a little puffy is all, he-he!).

The kids opened Christmas gifts and we made crafts, watches movies, ate a lot of food and my favorite part: bed time for the kiddo's so the adults could hang out all night and chat.

Thanks to the Paxman's for taking us up to their condo for the weekend and to our fabulous breakfast chief Rach, everything was wonderful!

Note: We had taken pictures of all three couples and some how, in some way, someone, accidentally deleted the other two pic's.. UGH! Maybe next time!
