We went to the first Tainan temple built and watched the locals worship their gods. We purchases what they consider gold and money before the worship to leave as a sacrifice. Everything was so colorful and the people were burning incense as they prayed.
Margaret said her mother would bring her every year to this temple to worship for the New Year. This would bring them luck for the New Year.
